How do you make us feel safe with your employees?
For your peace of mind and ours employees are background checked and drug tested.

Will it be someone new each time?
No, you are assigned a cleaner. As long as you are happy you keep the same one. In the event they can not come we can work together to get a substitute.

How long has Colonial Cleaning Company been in business?
We were established in 2009.

How do I pay?
We will email an invoice after service or on the last cleaning of the month. We offer many convenient payment options through a secure link directly from Quickbooks; options such as ACH, debit card, credit card, even Apple Pay.

When I cancel, is there a charge?
We understand life happens. Clients who cancel regularly without 24 hours notice will be assessed a $50 charge.

What if they are cleaning my home and they get hurt?
Unlike using a private uninsured person, Colonial Cleaning Company is covered by insurance that will cover an injury of the cleaner and also if we damage something in your home our insurance covers that as well.

How often do you change employees?
Rarely, the average employee has been with us for 5 years. We pay well and have a happy workplace, therefore, having low turn over.

Is there a contract to sign?
No, unless you are a commercial account. We do not lock people in to a service contract.
